(a) It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle, mobile home, motor home, house trailer or similar vehicle in any City parking lot for longer than twenty-four consecutive hours or between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of every day.
(b) It shall be unlawful to park or store any tractor, tractor trailer, farm machinery or other equipment, other than as provided in subsection (a) hereof, on any City parking lot for any period of time at all.
