The Board of Power and Light by majority vote shall elect from among its members a Chairperson, who shall preside over the meetings of the Board, and a Vice-Chairperson, who shall act for the Chairperson during his or her absence. The Board shall select a Secretary, who shall be responsible for maintenance of records. An election of officers of the Board shall be held at the first regular meeting following the appointment of a new commissioner for a full term. No commissioner shall serve as Chairperson for more than two consecutive years.
