282.05 VACANCIES.

Vacancies shall be filled by the Mayor, with the approval of the Council and the Board of Power and Light, for the unexpired term. No vacancy on the Board shall impair the right of the remaining commissioners to exercise all the powers of the Board. Vacancies shall be filled within thirty days after occurrence.
