Sec. 5.6. Penalties.

All offenses by officers of the City declared by this Charter to constitute misdemeanors or misconduct in office and all violations of City ordinances shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both in the discretion of the court.
