1442.11   NUISANCES.
   The following shall be defined as nuisances:
   (a)   Any public nuisance known at common law or in equity jurisprudence;
   (b)   Any attractive nuisance which may prove detrimental to children, whether on the premises, in the building on the premises, or upon an unoccupied lot. This includes, but is not limited to, objects or conditions such as abandoned wells, cisterns, shafts, basements, excavations, mounds of gravel or earth, abandoned refrigerators/freezers, abandoned and/or inoperative motor vehicles or parts thereof, structurally unsound structures or fences, trash, debris or vegetation which may prove a hazard to inquisitive minors;
   (c)   Anything dangerous to human life or detrimental to health;
   (d)   Overcrowding a room with occupants, using this Code as a standard;
   (e)   Insufficient ventilation or illumination, using this Code as a standard;
   (f)   Inadequate, inoperative or unsanitary plumbing facilities or sewers, using this Code as a standard;
   (g)   Uncleanliness, according to the standard of cleanliness (for the specific dwelling) under State law or City or County ordinances; and
   (h)   Whatever renders air, food or drink unwholesome or detrimental to the health of human beings, as determined by the Health Officer.
