Sec. 5.11 DEPARTMENT OF POLICE

The Chief of Police shall be the Director of the Department of Police and shall be appointed or removed by the Mayor with the consent of Council. He shall be responsible for police services, and such other duties and functions consistent with his office as directed by the Mayor within the jurisdictional limits of the Municipality.
