The schedule of charges provided in the town’s annual adopted budget ordinance will apply to water/sewer fees, including but not limited to, the reconnect fee, the late fee. the water/sewer deposit, the water/sewer setup fee, meter tampering fee and the meter test charge. These charges will remain in effect until changed by the Town Council.
