It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon, walk, ride, bathe, swim, boat, skate, hunt, fish or trespass in any manner upon any portion of any pond, reservoir, watershed or any land or building owned, leased or controlled by the town, and used either directly or indirectly in association with the town water system and related facilities. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
