(A) Any person who connects his or her household premises to the town water system for domestic water service may continue the use of a private well only as provided in this chapter. There shall be no cross-connection of the town water system with any private well or any other source of water supply.
(B) No person having a private well within the town being used as herein permitted shall give, sell or furnish water to persons of another household or business; and the owner of such private well shall not permit water from the well to be used or consumed except for the household where the well is located and as permitted by this chapter.
(C) No person or corporation shall supply or furnish water to any household or business within the town other than the town.
