§ 70.04 SPEED LIMITS.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of 25 miles per hour upon any town street or portions of any town street, not a part of the State Highway System, within the corporate limits unless otherwise posted (see Chapter 72 Schedule I).
