§ 51.53 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (A)   Any authorized representative of the town shall have the right to enter any building, structure or premises during normal business hours to perform any duty imposed upon him or her by this section and with in accordance to Appendix D104.2.1 of the State Plumbing Code. Those duties may include sampling and testing of the water, or inspection and observation of all piping systems connected to the public water supply. Refusal to allow these representatives to enter for these purposes will result in the disconnection of water service.
   (B)   On request, the consumer shall furnish to the town any pertinent information regarding the water supply system on such property where cross-connection and backflow are deemed possible. (State Plumbing Code Appendix D104.2.3)
