§ 53.133 AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEES PERMITTED TO ENTER ALL PROPERTY WITH EASEMENTS.
   The Utilities Superintendent or other duly authorized employees of the city bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter all private properties through which the city holds a duly negotiated easement for the purposes of but not limited to inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, repair and maintenance of any portion of the wastewater facilities lying within the easement. All entry and subsequent work, if any, on the easement shall be done in full accordance with the terms of the duly negotiated easement pertaining to the private property involved.

PRIVATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL (SSTS)
§ 53.200 PUBLIC SEWER NOT AVAILABLE.
   Where a public sewer is not available under the provisions of § 53.018, the building sewer shall be connected to a private wastewater disposal system complying with the provisions of this subchapter and the Chisago County Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Ordinance.

§ 53.201 DIRECT CONNECTION REQUIRED.
   At the time public sewer becomes available to a property serviced by a private wastewater disposal system, a direct connection shall be made to the public sewer in accordance with the provisions of § 53.018. Once this connection is made, the property owner has 90 days to comply with Minn. Rules 7080.25 in the abandonment of the private wastewater disposal system.

§ 53.202 APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER.
   No statement contained in this subchapter shall be construed to interfere with any additional requirements that may be imposed by the MPCA or the Minnesota Department of Health.
