§ 153.112 METES AND BOUNDS SURVEY.
   (A)   General format. A metes and bounds survey submitted to the zoning administrator shall be drawn at a scale of 200 feet to the inch.
   (B)   Content. The metes and bounds survey shall be prepared for recording purposes and be in accordance with the provisions of M.S. Chapter 505, as it may be amended from time to time. The metes and bounds survey shall include the following.
      (1)   Legal description of the property. Identify the section, township, range and county.
      (2)   Existing zoning classifications for land in and abutting the subdivision.
      (3)   Total acreage of the proposed site.
      (4)   Parcels numbered as approved by the city.
      (5)   Location of all rights-of-way adjacent to the property.
      (6)   Location of all existing private and public easements.
      (7)   General location of all wetlands on the site. Refer to the City of Harris wetland map.
      (8)   All monuments erected, corners, and other points established in the field in their proper places. The material of which the monuments, corners, or other points are made shall be noted at the representation thereof or by legend, except that lot corners need not be shown. The legend for metal monuments shall indicate the kind of metal, the diameter, length, and weight per lineal foot of the monuments.
      (9)   Provide graphic scale, north arrow, and date.
   (C)   Preparation. The metes and bounds survey shall be prepared by a land surveyor licensed by the State of Minnesota.
