§ 153.107 FINAL PLAT.
   (A)   General format. The final subdivision plat shall drawn with waterproof, nonfading ink on transparent mylar at a scale of 100 feet to the inch.
   (B)   Content. The final plat shall be prepared for recording purposes and be in accordance with the provisions of M.S. Chapter 505, as it may be amended from time to time. The final plat shall also include the following:
      (1)   Notation of any self-imposed restrictions, and locations of any building lines proposed to be established in this manner, if required by the City Council in accordance with these regulations;
      (2)   Endorsement on the plat by every person or party having a security interest in the subdivision property that they are subordinating their liens to all covenants and easements imposed on the property;
      (3)   Lots numbered as approved by the city; and
      (4)   All monuments erected, corners, and other points established in the field in their proper places. The material of which the monuments, corners, or other points are made shall be noted at the representation thereof or by legend, except that lot corners need not be shown. The legend for metal monuments shall indicate the kind of metal, the diameter, length, and weight per lineal foot of the monuments.
   (C)   Preparation. The final subdivision plat shall be prepared by a land surveyor licensed by the State of Minnesota.
