The purpose and intent of this chapter is to provide rules, regulations and restrictions regarding the operation of snowmobiles and recreational motor vehicles within the limits of the city. This chapter is intended to protect private and public property and to provide rules and regulations, which will protect and promote the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the city.
