The police force of the city may enforce this part and ordinances governing and regulating the operation of motor vehicles and other traffic upon roads, streets and highways that form the boundary line of the city, including, but not limited to, the following:

Luther from S.E. 29th to S.E. 44th
Harrah Road from S.E. 29th to S.E. 44th
S.E. 44th from S.E. 44th and Harrah Road, 1/2 mile east
