§ 154.25 LIGHTING.

Towers shall not be artificially lighted unless required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or other federal or state authority and in no case shall exceed the required minimum. Ground level security lighting may be permitted if designed to minimize impacts on adjacent properties.
