Any person failing to take corrective action within a reasonable time after receiving written notice from the County Planning Office and any person operating a communications tower without a valid permit shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day such violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
