A sign, not to exceed eight square feet, which includes the name of the tower owner/operator and a telephone number for emergencies, shall be displayed in a visible location attached to the fence at or adjacent to the gate. No sign may be placed on the tower for commercial advertisement purposes. Warning and no trespassing signs are permitted and encouraged.
