(A) The Director may take disciplinary action against a registrant as set forth in this section.
(B) The Director may suspend a certificate of registration for a period of not more than one year after determining that the registrant has:
(1) Violated or attempted to violate any provision of this chapter;
(2) Permitted an unlawful or fraudulent use of a registration issued under this chapter, or tampered with a registration issued under this chapter; or
(3) Provided false or materially misleading information as part of an application for an original or renewal certificate of registration under this chapter.
(C) The Director may revoke a certificate of registration after determining that two or more new grounds for suspension have occurred within two years following any prior disciplinary action under this chapter against a registrant or its designated primary agent. In the event of such revocation, the registrant shall be ineligible for issuance of a new certificate for a period of three years.
