The Board of Adjustments may hear and decide appeals which allege error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Building Official in connection with the refusal to grant a permit required by this chapter, the revocation of a permit granted under the provisions of this chapter or a decision involving any substantive or material interpretation of a provision of this chapter. The decision of the Board of Adjustments with regard to such appeal shall be final.
