§ 151.099 DANGEROUS SIGNS; REMOVAL.
   (A)   Any sign, or any part thereof which was not erected and/or is not maintained in accordance with the design, construction, or location requirements contained or referred to in this chapter, or any sign or part thereof which is liable to fall down and/or endanger persons or property, or is a fire hazard, or is a dangerous structure, or any sign or part thereof which, from age, neglect, or faulty construction becomes dangerous or dilapidated, shall be deemed to be a public nuisance, and such public nuisance shall be abated by the Building Official as provided in division (B) of this section.
   (B)   All signs, or parts thereof, which are deemed a public nuisance under this section may be abated by way of repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal, as the particular circumstances may require, and as may be hereinafter specified, any remedy specified in this chapter shall be in addition to any other procedures or remedies available to the city for the enforcement of this chapter.
   (C)   A public nuisance as defined herein, shall be abated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 93 of this code of ordinances.
