§ 151.082 ON-PREMISES ADVERTISING SIGNS; FREE-STANDING HIGH RISE.
   The provisions of § 151.081 notwithstanding, free-standing signs erected within 660 feet of the highway right-of-way of Central Texas Expressway (U.S. Highway 190) may be erected to a height not in excess of 42½ feet as measured from nearest adjacent grade of the express lanes of Central Texas Expressway, as long as said sign otherwise meets all the requirements of this subchapter for free-standing signs. Not more than one allowable free-standing sign on a premises shall be a high-rise free-standing sign.
