Signs advertising model homes or sales offices for new homes in residential areas, when authorized to conduct such business by ordinance or City Council action, shall be limited to 32 square feet in area. Such signs shall not exceed six feet in height as measured from existing grade, and shall not be illuminated. Such signs shall be removed within ten days of the cessation of the sales activity of the particular home builder, seller, or his agents in that area to which the sign applies.
