§ 151.043 CLEARANCE AT STREET INTERSECTIONS.
   On corner lots, no sign of any kind shall encroach within the area formed by a right triangle, the legs of which are each 30 feet in length and are extensions of the roadway surface edges or curbs as the case may be, that intersect one another. If the curb or roadway surface edges form a radius at their intersections, then the legs of the triangle shall be considered tangents of that radius. If the roadways intersect at other than 90° angles, then the legs of the triangle shall be considered acute or obtuse to one another, as the case may be. (See Appendix A at the end of this title)
