Any owner, authorized agent, or contractor who desires to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by the technical codes referenced in § 150.02 herein, or to cause any such work to be done, or any person who performs activities on any premises which are regulated by the Standard Fire Prevention Code, shall comply with all applicable provisions of the various adopted technical codes referenced in § 150.02 herein, as they may be amended from time to time.
