(A) For each taxicab/limousine driver permit issued under this chapter, there shall be paid by the applicant therefor in cash, in advance of the issuance thereof, to defray the actual expense of the administration of this chapter, a fee as set by the City Council.
(B) The following taxicab driver's permit fees are hereby adopted and approved:
(1) Annual permits - $20
(2) Renewals - 10
(3) Duplicates - 4
