§ 115.99 PENALTY.

(A) If the sexually oriented business involved displays any type of nude or partial nude modeling activity, or if it is a sexual encounter center, then a violation of § 115.15 or § 115.52 of this chapter is punishable as a Class B misdemeanor.

(B) Except as otherwise provided herein, a violation of this chapter is punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000.

(C) Each day during which a violation of a provision of this chapter occurs or continues shall constitute a separate violation.
