§ 113.55 FOOD SERVICE MANAGER'S CERTIFICATION; GENERALLY.
   There shall be a program of food service manager's certification conducted under the direction of the Director of the Bell County Health Department. Such a program shall have as its primary goal the training of persons in managerial positions within the food service industry in safe handling practices, including knowledge of this chapter, and the Texas Department of Health, Rules on Food Service Sanitation. Training shall be by means of a course made available to those persons seeking certification. If all course requirements have been met and the applicant has demonstrated by means of an examination that he possesses the required minimum knowledge, he shall be issued a certification card.
