§ 106.06 LITTERING IN PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or discharge, or cause the deposit or discharge, of paper, glass, metal, litter, rubbish, waste, garbage, refuse or trash of any description on or in the right-of-way between a roadway and the abutting property line, except in receptacles provided for that purpose.
