§ 113.37 INSPECTION OF ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   Before approving an application for a permit, the Health Officer shall inspect the establishment and premises to determine compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The Health Officer shall issue a permit to the applicant if the proposed food establishment complies with the requirements of this chapter.
