§ 111.02 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or allow a garage sale on premises subject to that person’s ownership, occupancy or control, unless all of the following conditions are met:
      (1)   Items offered for sale must belong to the owner or lessee of the garage sale premises;
      (2)   All transactions must be confined to the garage sale premises;
      (3)   The retail sale of new merchandise or items acquired solely for the purpose of resale is prohibited; and
      (4)   The duration of any sale shall not exceed three consecutive calendar days.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or allow more than two garage sales at the same property during any calendar year.
   (C)   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to permit garage sales in violation of applicable deed restrictions or subdivision restrictions, or to permit solicitation or other commercial activity when otherwise restricted or prohibited by this code.
