For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARAGE SALE. The sale, barter, lease, or rental conditionally or otherwise in any manner or by any means whatsoever of tangible personal property for a consideration, and such transactions taking place on premises zoned or used exclusively for residential purposes.
