Unless prohibited or restricted by another law or regulation, carnivals may operate for up to three consecutive days and will be assessed a fee of $500 per night, plus $50 per night, for each amusement device operated. Non-profit organizations sponsoring carnivals may request exemption of these fees and time restrictions. Such requests must be approved by the City Council.
