Meetings of the Commission shall be held at a location open to the public. A written agenda and time and location of the meeting shall be posted and meeting shall comply with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, the Open Meetings Act. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The Arts Commission must operate under the guidelines set-forth in the bylaws in Exhibit A which is attached to Ordinance 2021-47 and incorporated herein by reference.
