§ 33.92 QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   The voting members of the Commission shall be qualified electors of the City of Harker Heights.
   (B)   A voting member of the Commission shall not be an employee of the city.
   (C)   The non-voting Commission member is not required to be a qualified elector of the City of Harker Heights.
