§ 33.90 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established an Arts Commission which shall be composed of up to five voting members and two alternate members, to be appointed by the City Council. The Commission serves as an advisory body to the City Council in all arts-related matters including long range planning and acts as a liaison between the arts community and the city.
