§ 33.90 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established an Arts Commission which shall be composed of up to five voting members and one non-voting member, to be appointed by the City Council. The Commission serves as an advisory body to the City Council in all arts-related matters including long range planning and acts as a liaison between the arts community and the city.
