§ 125.38 SECURITY PLAN IMPLEMENTATION.
   (A)   A person may not operate a BYOB venue without an approved security plan.
   (B)   A BYOB permit holder and a BYOB venue manager shall provide security for the BYOB venue in accordance with the security plan.
