§ 97.01 ADOPTION OF KILLEEN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT HAZARD ZONING ORDINANCE.

The Killeen Municipal Airport Hazard Zoning Ordinance is hereby adopted by the Killeen, Harker Heights, Bell County Joint Airport Zoning Board, and is incorporated into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein. Such ordinance may not be amended by action of the City Council.
