§ 90.58 OWNER'S KNOWLEDGE.
   For purposes of this subchapter, an owner learns that a dog is a dangerous dog upon the first to occur of the following events:
   (A)   The owner knows of an attack of the sort described in the definition of DANGEROUS DOG;
   (B)   The owner is notified that an animal services officer has declared the dog to be a dangerous dog under this subchapter;
   (C)   The owner is notified by any court of competent jurisdiction that the dog is a dangerous dog;
   (D)   The owner is notified by any court of competent jurisdiction that, after appeal, such court has upheld a prior determination that the dog is a dangerous dog; or
   (E)   The owner knows that the dog has been deemed dangerous by a final determination made in accordance with the law of any other jurisdiction.
