§ 90.57 NUISANCE DECLARED.
   It is hereby declared to be a public nuisance that an owner or other person harbors, keeps, or maintains in the city a dog declared to be dangerous in accordance with this subchapter unless the owner complies with the requirements of this subchapter, and all other laws regulating dangerous dogs.
