Any person, firm, corporation, agent, or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of §§ 94.20 through 94.25 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not less than $25 nor more than $200; provided, however, in the event a defendant has previously been convicted under this division (B) of this section, the defendant shall be fined an amount not less than $50 nor more than $500 for a second conviction hereunder. For a third conviction here-under, and for each conviction thereafter, the defendant shall be fined in an amount not less than $100 nor more than $2,000. Each day that a violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
