(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, remove, destroy, or cause the injury, removal or destruction of a public tree without first having obtained written permission from the City Manager or the Director.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to attach any cable, wire, or sign or other object to a public tree without the written permission from the Director.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to plant a public tree without first having obtained written permission from the City Manager or the Director.
(D) It shall be unlawful for any person to prevent, delay or interfere with the Director or any of his agents in the performance of any activity authorized by this chapter.
