(A) Every day's maintenance of any of the conditions prohibited in any of the sections of this chapter shall be a distinct and separate offense.
(B) All misdemeanors herein provided for shall be prosecuted, and all fines and forfeitures herein provided for shall be recovered and enforced, in the same manner as provided by law for the enforcement of fines, forfeitures, penalties, and punishments for offenses generally against the city.
