§ 91.25 OFFICE CREATED.

The office of Fire Marshal is hereby created and the Fire Marshal shall be known as the Fire Official. such office shall be an integrated part of the Fire Department, the Fire Marshal reporting directly to the Fire Chief/Director. Such office shall be filled by appointment by the Fire Chief/Director. He shall receive an annual salary and other benefits as determined by the Council, payable in monthly installments, as full compensation for his services.
