§ 123.07 RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED.

(A) Issuance of a certificate of registration is conditioned that the registrant shall faithfully observe all laws and regulations pertaining to the registrant's construction operations.

(B) The registration issued under this chapter shall show on its face any restrictions placed thereon by reason of the types of construction operations to be performed. The registrant shall comply with all such restrictions.
