§ 123.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONSTRUCTION OPERATION. The act of erecting, remodeling, altering, repairing, extending, or demolishing any house, building, or other structure affixed to land, as well as any required preparatory work such as site clearance, earth moving, and laying of a foundation.
   REGISTRANT. The holder of a valid certificate of registration issued under this chapter.
