(A) When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets described in the following parking schedule.
(B) In accordance with division (A) above, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof: no person shall at any time park a vehicle upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets:
