§ 70.03 REQUIRED OBEDIENCE.

(A) Obedience to transportation code. It is unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this transportation code.

(B) Obedience to Police Department officials. No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer.
