§ 104.15 EFFECT OF PERMIT; DURATION.
   (A)   Authority granted; no property right or other interest created. A permit from the city authorizes an applicant to undertake only certain activities in accordance with this subchapter in city rights-of-way, and does not create a property right or grant authority to the applicant to impinge upon the rights of others who may have an interest in the rights-of-way, or authorize any act otherwise regulated or prohibited by applicable law.
   (B)   Expiration. No permit issued under this subchapter shall be valid for a period longer than six months, unless construction is actually begun within that period and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion.
